Full automatic waxinjecting machine which is able to control ALL paramaters which are important during this process : injection pressure, mould pressure, vacuumtime, wax temperature, mould temperature, injection time, etc...
You name it, it's available. The system works with the RFID technology. Chips are inserted inside the mould.
For each mould, injection parameters will be automatically modified during the process.
Thanks to the parallel clamping holders, moulds with different thicknesses can be mixed. The operator only has to remove the wax models from the moulds.
The system is controlled by a PC with touch screen interface. The turn-out is between 3000 to 5000 pcs/day, depending the programmed times.
