This hydraulic ringcalibrating unit has been created to increase the size of wedding rings (bangles on demand) by hydraulic pressure.
The treated rings will not be deformed or damaged during the process.
The exact size will be obtained by using the available calibers.

Same characteristics as the HRC/1 but mounted in a linear stand and rings are removed automatically.

Rotating ring calibrating unit - Carroussel model
This hydraulic ringcalibrating unit has been created to increase the size of
wedding rings by hydraulic pressure.
All punches and matrices are all installed on a round disc which has a rotating feature.
By pressing the correct button on the controller , the head turns right and left
untill the desired size is in handreach.
After the calibrating process, the ring is removed automaticlly for recovery.
The calibrated rings will not be deformed or damaged during the process.
The exact size will be obtained by using the available calibers.
