For large volumes and quasi-identical pieces, a robot is the perfect solution. In addition to deburring, other operations can be included in the automation process such as stacking and assembly.
The videos show the deburring of sewer covers in cast iron using an ABB robot with force control.



Polishing
We started research on robotic polishing focused on the jewelry sector. In recent years, thanks to our accumulated expertise, we have successfully applied this technology in other sectors. We can optimize operations such as polishing, lapidation, satin finishing and engraving of various materials.
Polishing cells
More than 15 years ago we started research for robotic polishing, mainly for jewelry sector.
During the last years and thanks to our experience , we have been able to use this technology for other sectors that need polishing,lapidating, satinizing, engraving, etc… This of different pieces in all possible shapes.
Today, we design and build custom cells for our customers, ranging from a single cell to multiple, interconnected cells in line.
We start with a standard base in modern design, with safety doors, a solid extractor, with or without precious metal recovery filters, a robotic arm and a force sensor.

The standard loading system can store up to 10 pallets
where +/- 60 items can be placed depending on the size of the piece.
System with sensors is also possible , for automatic output of different programs.

Engraving
