Machine to fill well-plates of Bruker TENSOR II with HTS-XT technology. For round and unpolished diamonds with a stone diameter from 0.6mm to 6mm. Speed is max 3.5 seconds per stone in full operating mode. Stone automatic feeding device with capacity of 10000 to 20000 stones, depending size. Special vibrating unit for the linear advancement of the stones and special camera for detection of stone presence at end of linear advancement and speed reduction system. Special drop and counting unit to ensure a drop of only 1 stone at the time. Rejection system if the drop is more than 1 stone. Machine with 2 controlled axis XY. Anti-static neutralising device ( ionised air fan ) and interface machine/operator by Beckhoff touchscreen.
